Blood Pressure Tracking

You can keep track of your blood pressure numbers by buying your own blood pressure cuff (sphygmomanometer) - ask a good pharmacist what they recommend. Or you can check it regularly by stopping at one of the machines located at many drug or discount stores (such as WalMart) for a free reading. Stress (among other things) normally raises blood pressure, so be sure to take several readings at different times to get an accurate blood pressure assessment.
